Lease Terms

Management charges a $150, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of month's rent, any pro-rated rent, or any additional deposit that might be required on the day of move-in.

Utility billing is calculated by RUBS and will be paid to a third party vendor. 

Our typical lease is a 12 month lease term. We are happy to discuss alternative lease terms with you, but in some cases may result in a monthly premium. If resident vacates prior to 12 months, resident may be charged the cost of painting and commercial carpet cleaning.

A government issued photo ID is required when completing an application.

All applicants must complete the application within 48 hours or the apartment/townhome will be put back on the market.

If your application fee or deposit are returned due to insufficient bank funds, (NSF) during the application process you will be required to pay a $30 service fee.
